Thats not true unless your bra is incredibly tight your boobs will still grow, As long as they have room to grow belive me thery WILL grow!. Sometimes people also rumor about getting breast cancer from it, which is another myth, Because Ive NEVER heard of anyone that I know getting breast cancer form sleeping in her bra!. im 16 in october and up till abwt january i wore a bra to bed!.
I stopped when i found out by a friend that it doesnt let your boobs grow much, in which my boobs hadnt grown much and tht ur boobs grow the most at night!.
I also found out that it can also cause breast cancer!.
Since ive stopped wearing a bra to bed my boobs have grown a lot!.
I feel like im behind on growing and have felt tht way since about january!.
I really do think you shouldn't wear a bra to bed!.

Think of sleeping in a bra like sleeping in underwear!. It's the same thing!. It's not necessary, but if you are more comfortable that way, go for it!. It's just a layer of clothing on you, nothing more!. You'll still grow, you won't get cancer from it, or any other disease/problem/malfunction!. : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
i don't know about that but i used to sleep with my bra on every night and i would wake up with terrible aches in my chest so i stopped and they went away!.!.i really don't think that wearing a bra at night will prevent growing!.!.!.you should try not sleeping with a bra one night feels great!!! let them be free!!!! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
