your entire vaginal area has been through a bit of a traumatic experience!. it takes at least 6 weeks to heal, sometimes longer!. the hard lump could be the swelling from your cervix!. the whole area gets swollen, and you just need time to heal!. you can also feel a hard lump if you press on your abdomen!. that is the uterus trying to get back to its normal size!. don't worry, you will heal-just be patient!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
