Answers:
The blood is caused by the shifting of the kidney stone!. It is normal!. Make sure you drink plenty of water and try to pee as often as possible as this may help the stone move down and finally out!. As far as the exercise goes, it isn't going to hurt you and may very well help to move the stone along!. Just keep it light!. Of course, the pain may not allow you to do much!. I wouldn't worry to much about losing weight at the moment!.
Unfortunately there isn't much the hospital will do for stones except pain control so you may want to wait it out at home until you can't stand the pain any longer!. It is much more comfortable at home than in a chair at the hospital for hours!.
It is also advised to strain your urine to catch the stone once it does finally pass!. You can call your Dr!. and ask about a strainer!. Most Dr's will want to test the stone to see what it is made up of to try and prevent future ones!.
If you are not certain this is a stone(diagnosed by a Dr) then I would get in ASAP as it could be an infection!. Urinary Tract infections and stones cause the same symptoms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had a kidney stone!.!.!.!. if you know for sure thats what it is then dont waste your time going to the hospital because they will just send you home and tell you to wait til it passes!.

As for the blood, it's just the stone is moving through your kidneys and urinary tract and it's tearing up your insides along the way!. But trust me! It will heal!.

And you shouldn't exercise!. It might aggravate, making it worse!. I think you should probably worry about your weight once the stone passes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I understand pain is normal with this situation!. Can't a relative or a neighbor take you to the hospital now!? I think you need to keep loosing weight separate from having blood come out of you!. They are two separate issues!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
