I don't know what it is but it looks like a huge pimple!. Or it may be a bug bite, though we haven't gone camping in a while!. It is on my daughter's labia on the inside part!. She can't sit properly and has to keep her legs far apart so that it doesn't burn!. She also can't pee because it burns!. I thought it would go away, but its been a week and I think it may be smaller but it hasn't gone away!. What is it!? How can I get rid of it!?

Sit her in some hot water with epsom salt!. Do not bust it because it is easy to get infected!.!.!.!.
I have had pimple same area and so has my sister and so has two of my friends (or at least they are the only ones who has mentioned it) so it is not a major issue!. The first one that I had took about 3 weeks to completely vanish so I wouldnt worry about it too much!. Your best bet would be to just take her to the doctor, it's probably just a cyst or a boil!. Either doctor should be able to take care of it!. Its a very common thing if thats what it is, what ever it is it shouldn't be there so go to the doctor!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't know what it could be BUT over the past few years I've learned that when it comes to female parts you do not just leave it alone and see what happens!. You must go to a doctor because what seems like nothing could be something really bad or vice versa!.

Its some type of weird pimple!. I got one some time ago!. It hurts like crazy, Soon she won't be able to walk!. Take her to a doctor so they can squeeze it, it will go away!. But do it fast, because it will get bigger and will hurt more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

God take her to a Gyno already! You are her mother you should have taken her immediatly to the doctor when you found out she has some sort of boil or sore on her genitals!.
To me it sounds like an STD although it could simply be a blister from some type of friction (too tight clothing, underwer too small!.!.!.)!. It hurts her to pee because urine is acidic and will naturally burn any area that is raw or cut!. If it is a STD then the sooner it is cared for the better, if left STD's can cause infertility among a whole array of other troubles!.
ETA: if she is only six take her to her ped!. It is definatly not a STD at her age haha!. It is probably a combination of her not wiping properlly when she pees and friction created by her clothes!.
