Nauseous and mild stomach pain and cramping?!

Question: Nauseous and mild stomach pain and cramping!?
Hello,

I have had a mild stomach pain for 5 days now!. Its almost like light hunger pains, but its hard to explain the feeling!. Its more annoying then anything!. Along with the annoying stomach pain, I have minor cramping off and on in my lower stomach!. This morning I woke up and have been nauseous all day, however had not thrown up (came close a couple times)!. These feeling are stronger in the morning and at night!.

My last period was July 20, and was normal!. I am sexual active!. Also I just recently moved out on my own and have been cooking the food myself, however with meat I usually like to over cook to make sure its completely cooked so I don't get anything!.

I also have been really emotional, crying all the time!. I've tried taking tums, and pepto bismol, and that does not help at all!.

Can anyone help with the symptoms I have listed and give me some ideas on what I can do to release some of the annoyance of this all!.

Also what do you think this could be!?

I'll see a doctor as soon as I can get an appointment!.

Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds mostly like restlessness!. Have you been under a lot of stress lately!? Also, the more you think about the pains in your stomach, the more you will feel them!. However, if you are sexually active, it is possible you are pregnant!. Have you had trouble going to the bathroom or noticing a cold coming along!? If so, ask your doctor for a blood test to see if theres a baby on the way!. They are normally more accurate than the ones at the drug stores!.

If anything, ask your doctor anyway to see if something more serious is up!. But in the meantime, eat lots of fruit and veggies, stay hydrated and try to get lots of rest!. Also try an hour workout three times a week to help relieve any irritability!. Maybe it is stress, and will gradually start to go away!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
