Don't you think if this was an issue there would be extra large toilets for really big people!?They manage fine,and they can wipe themselves fine as well,they just have to get into a bit more of an awkward/uncomfortable position to do it,but it can be done and thoroughly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Being fat doesn't create any more distance between your "parts" since they are linked to your core inside!. Front and Back are still in the same relative distance, and therefore, so long as someone can sit on the pot to poop, they can pee from the same position!.!.!.
