Question: Menstrual related !? (please help)!?
I've been constipated for a little while now & I feel like what are menstrual cramps instead of the constipation cramps & lately when I go to the restroom, I've noticed that there is a little bit of blood in my urine!? I've been taking fiber supplements & I'm not due for my period until August 23, but could this be due to the constipation or is it an early onset of my period!?

the blood could be in your anus!.
sometimes if you strain too hard to have a bowl movement, the anus tears!. this could be why you see blood coming out in your urine!.
if that's the case, it should clear up within a week!.
