i stopped eating bread but still feeling really bloated all the time ive tried not eating for a day but always feel crapWww@Answer-Health@Com

Salts can make a person feel extremely bloated as well!. Although carb beverages are not a favored choice it really depends on your body!. I have never felt bloating from drinking a soda!. However the less suagrs and salts I have the better I feel!. Especially staying away from it in the summer time as your body will crave it more so you will eat more of them!. You have to figure out which food is your "trigger"!.
In addtion, you feel like crap when you don't eat because your body does need carbs etc to burn energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop drinking any carbonated beverages!.
And do regular exercises!. Focus on abdomen exercises, crunches, sit-ups, etc!. This should help how you feel!.

Avoid pasta and potatoes and drink loads of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
