Answers:
If you have the money, invest in a bra fitting and shell out for a really good bra (it will last forever, so its a really good deal!)!. Also, try wearing a tighter tanktop with a shelf bra underneath your workout shirt, it will help hold the girls in place!.

More useful tips are too strenghthen your Pec muscles (chest muscles) so that they help hold your breasts, and try and have really good posture when you run, it will be really awkward to have your shoulders back, but it will limit bouncing!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know how you feel i'm 14 and a 36DD and physically fit, and it does hurt when i run and i get comments from guys a lot, so it makes me self concious!. I go to a place to get my bra's professionally fitted!. Ask a person at someplace like that (they also offer the service at most department stores) about sports bras!. You're probably just not wearing the right size, or you haven't found the right one!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

honey just buy a bigger sports bra!. i have large breast and when i was in high school playing sports, i had to wear a regular bra underneath my sports bra for extra support!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

o shut up and grow up and theres no way a 15 year old girl should be posting her breast size on here!. Mine are bigger then that and I had no problem with running!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
