Go to the link above and read around! you should change your tampon every 2-6 hours, depending on how fast you soak it!.

I hope this helps!

The site is great it has everything about periods, tampons, and pads you need to know plus games music and more!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Every 3-4 hours!. If your period is heavy, you might have to change it 2-4 hours!. Dont use tampons at night, unless you can magically wake up every 4 hours to change your tampon, because you do know you can get a disease which can lead to death!. Pads are better for night!. But during the day, its tampons in the vag1na!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd say every 5 or 6 hours!. People leave it in longer but I like to stay fresh!. You should also clean really good before you put a new one in, because dried blood collects in the weirdest places!.!.!.

I'd say a maximum of 3 hours if your flow is heavy!.!.!. if it's a light flow 4 hours at maximum!. If you leave tampons in too long you can get Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) which has flu like symptoms to be careful Www@Answer-Health@Com

Change it every 4-6 hours or as needed!.
