I am always tired and i don't know why?!


Question: I am always tired and i don't know why!?
I am 15 and for sum reason lately i have been tired all the time!. To acompany my fatigue are nasty headaches!. Its odd though cuz my headaches rn't above my eyes or sumwhere on my face it is ontop of my head on the left side, it is almost a stabbing/extreme pressure on my brain!. At least thats what it feels like!. Unfortunately i can't swallow pills i have tried and for sum reason i just have a mental block against it, so i just take children's liquid motrin but that doesnt rlly help!.

I will sleep almost 11 hours a night then am so tired when i get home from hanging out with friends around 3 in the after noon, take a nap from 3-7 get up have dinner read then go bak to sleep from 10- 9!. Its ridiculous i used to b able to live off 6 or 7 hours a night then stay up 14+ hours a day!. Wats wrong here!? i am completly lost!. any suggestions wats going on here!? I have also been having achey muscles and ear aches!. thnks a bunchWww@Answer-Health@Com

Iron deficency test: Go to the mirror and pull your lower eyelid and see if the color is red or flesh color!. If its flesh colored you are lacking enough iron and should take a herbal iron like Floradix!. It will take a month to see a difference!. Iron carrys oxygen in your blood and if you dont have it you will feel tired, cold hands and feet, headaches, RLS, dull brittle hair, brittle nails, poor sleep, pale skin (see thru), shortness of breath, fatigue, poor concentration, low mood, ringing in the ears, irregular heart beats, cracks in the corner of the mouth, dizziness, fainting, sore tongue and canker sores!. Add b12 and folic acid for best results

Since you had another question that said you live on junk food, you probably know the answer already!. Eat a vegetarian diet!. No junk food or sugar!. Steamed vegetables with Smart Balance & Mrs Dash spice!. The only things you can have for your sweet tooth are lemonade / Kool Aid made with Splenda, an occasional spoonful of Lite Cool whip, and one mini dark (not milk) chocolate per day!. The healthy eating is a pain in the butt, however you will get the energy back in just over a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
