Uneven menstrual cycle?!


Question: Uneven menstrual cycle!?
I am 19 years old and ever since I started having periods when I was 11, I often switch between a 28 day cycle and a 34 day cycle!. Sometimes my period is right on time and sometimes its like a week late!. Is there a way I can fix this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

the only way to "fix" that would be birth control pills!. periods are controlled by hormones, that is what birth control pill are, and can make your periods more regular!. For many however, they do have some unpleasant side effects!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Birth control pills can make it very regular!. But in general 28-34 days flexibility is not a problem!.

I had them when I was 11, and at age 18 I got regulated only because I got on the pill!.
