Mirena Coil.....? Anyone???!
Question: Mirena Coil!.!.!.!.!.!? Anyone!?!?!?
OK, am wondering how many of you girlies out there have had one of these fitted, and what your experiences, good or bad, were!.Am getting mine removed on Monday because it totally doesnt agree with me!!
Just wondering if I am the only one who had trouble with it!!?

I have had 3 Mirena coils and different experiences with each one!. 1st time my body tried to expel it and I had lots of pain and bleeding!. 2nd time I bled for about 3 weeks then no periods for 5 years after that then 3rd time I had loads of lower back pain so had it removed after about 18 months!. It may well be worth giving it a chance depending on how long you have actually persevered with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Many women have issues with the coil, specially if your nulliparous (have not had children) although the Mirena coil can be used if you haven't had children I think!. Many women experience cramps and bleeding too that does not go away!. But I think the majority of women, from what i have read, find this method of BC good!. I've had mine since July 2004!. No problems until just few months ago-started getting cysts and having lots of bleeding!. Loved having no periods and not having to take pills!. Good luck with getting taken out!. I'm nervous about that part!. Let me know how that goes--I haven't seen too many posts on here about that part--Only one or two positive experiences about that:) Www@Answer-Health@Com
