Question: What's going on!? Scared!.!.!.!?
Ok so!. I have no had a period since the end of April
I was sexually active with no protection
Not on birth control
I get really nausious, dizzy, pains in my lower stomach, Weight gain, Spotting, fatigue, moody, light headed, my nipples hurt and bad cramps like i'm going to start but i don't
Took 2 at home tests month ago and they were negative
Went ot the doctor the other day and they took a pee sample but when i did it i was spotting and some blood went in it, it came out negative also
So i am going for an ultrasound next week

not sure exactly!.!.!.!.but just to freak you out!.!.!.i had three pregnancy tests say negative and when i went to the gyno to see why i wasnt having my period, guess what!? =)
i am now three months preggo!. yep!.
if you still haven't gotten your period by your docs appointment, ask them to do a blood test!. they are more acurate than the piss tests!.

The no protection-no birth control-sexually active statement would make anyone assume it's pregnancy!. So, it's a bit curious that you have 3 negative results (even though 2 of them were done at home, and are the most likely to give a false negative result)!.
As far as I know, normal pregnancy should be without lower abdominal pain and cramps!. I'd say there is a possibility that you were pregnant, which lead to a miscarriage!. At least there seems to be a hormonal imbalance (either because of a pregnancy or not)!.
You really should use protection next time!. Not only to prevent unwanted pregnancies but also STIs!
