Anger Iusse.... What Do I Do?!


Question: Anger Iusse!.!.!.!. What Do I Do!?
Ok I have had this problem in the past but it is worst now and i tried listening to music but it doesnt help bc i always do that!.!.!. so i need help!.

I had this problem after my son was born, I never wanted to leave the house, I did not want to talk to anyone!.I got upset very easily!. He will be turning six in a few days and I am just now getting out of it!.I just told myself that it is not going to get any better until I make myself get up and go out!. I know stress is a big thing too!.!.!.
Maybe when you fell like you are getting mad try making yourself take a walk, yoga may help too!.

this is perfect you letting your anger out not by blaming it on someone else but your expressing it!. I used to have the same problem I used to get mad at everything!. but the way that i handled it was i just took a deep breath and smiled!. OK i know that sounds so corny but you just need to smile!. IT WORKS!! another thing you can do is to go to your room and take a nap!. yeah that's corny too!. but the way it sounds isn't gonna do anything take a chance and try it, so I bet you asking whats a nap gonna do or even a smile!. well, with the nap you take a chance to start over your day and it gives you a chance to calm down!. and a smile just makes you forget about what your mad about and just focus on the reason why you smiling! When I went through the same anger problem as you my teacher told me this and he is like the master on it!. There is one more thing but it does involve leaving the house but not for an anger management class, Take a walk or jog go out and clear your mind that is truly the best one ok!. there are lots of ways you can get rid of you anger but you HAVE to take a chance even if it is corny!

When I get angry I go somewhere quiet and sit by myself and just cry and think about things!.!.it helps and once your ready you can go on with the day and forget about it
Also write down how you feel (no one else has to see its just for you) but then later when you've calmed down read it its pretty helpful i find

Different things work for different people!. Here are some things to try:

Write you feelings in a letter (especially if you're angry at a specific person!.!.!.just don't send the letter)
Talk to someone you really really trust!.
Exercise!. When you are angry you have so much energy and it feels like you are going to explode!. If you do 100 jumping jacks or sprint until you're out of breath, you can clear out some of that energy and then you can think better!.
Try yoga (www!.yoga!.com has free classes)
Treat yourself to a manicure or a pedicure!. Doing something nice for yourself really does help you feel better!.
Smile and be nice to other people, especially people you don't know!. Random acts of kindness help you to feel better too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try going out with friends!. girl welcome to my club!. i have anger issues myself its hard!. but i learned that when i go out wheather its with friends our on my own!. i dont feel like i want to blow up on somebody!. i think getting out is what helps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

so i have this problem with my family and i have found if i have things to do away from them and i still spend time with them but not to much that i get annoyed the i am fine just give your self time!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take your matress, put it up against the wall and beat the **** out of it!.
