i have a few questions!.
when you go for your first check up, do you have to not be a virgin since they stick a big clamp inside!?
and if you can be a virgin, would they still suggest you get a check up!?
some people have told me that girls should see a gyno when they turn 16!.
ive also herd if you already started your period to get a check up!.

well actually only about 65% of girls are born with a hymen, and of those, 80%break before the first time they have sex anyway, so when they say 18 or sexually active, chances are almost definite that the girls hymen is broken already!. If it's not, there's no way they can get a speculum in without breaking it!. It's not that they will now how to get it in without breaking it, it's that they can tell if it's broken already or not!. Yes, you can be a virgin going in to get your first exam!. In fact, I would hope that would be the case, since as you stated, some people suggest going in after your first period!.
Also, it's not a big clamp!. It's a speculum, and while it's slightly embarrassing, it shouldn't hurt if your Gyno is using the correct size!. If it does hurt, let them know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It does not matter whether or not you are a virgin!. Gynos are very experienced and know how to insert the clamp as to not hurt you or break your hymen!. You should get a check up even if you're not a virgin if you're going on the pill or have any irregularities or questions!.

Virginity doesn't matter!. It is recommended either way!. If you are mature enough to be sexually active, you should definitely be getting pelvic exams!. You should see your gynecologist frequently!. If you are a virgin then the recommended age is said to be 21 or sooner it's your preference!. They can do exams without tearing your hymen!. Everything will be still be intact!. Its not as bad ad it sounds! It just feel really warm to me!.

i was four when i got my first pap- i used to get CONSTANT kidney and yeast infections!. they have little tiny speculums!. and you can ask them to use the littlest tiny speculum!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
