alright so i can in the shower with the shower head or whatever but i cant by fingering myself of putting anything up there, does anyone know why!?

This is most likely because the shower-head stimulates your clitoris but 'penetration' (putting things up your vagina) doesn't, this is known as vaginal stimulation!.
