Answers:
there are instructions in the box!.!.no i'm serious! :P

just relax, i use my middle finger, push until you reach about the middle knuckle aiming back towards your tailbone!. When you stand up you shouldn't really be able to feel it, you might notice it at first because it's a new feeling you shouldn't feel it moving when you walk!.

Don't tuck the string up inside cause it will just be nasty to hold onto when you need to remove it but push it to the side a little so it doesn't come out of your swimmers - i say this as a swimmer and having had to have the quite word to fellow female swimmers :S

Don't leave it in for more then 8 hours! again read the bit of paper that should be inside the box :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

It tells you on the box!. make sure you're relaxed!. It says you need to put one leg up on something but you don't, you can do it just standing!. But all you need to do is pull apart your lips, and push the tampon up inside, make sure the string is hanging down and that's all there is to it!. If you can feel the tampon inside you then it's in wrong or sideways, and make sure you can't feel the end of the tampon sticking out!. It has to be up a good bit inside you!.

Was your hands after it and don't leave it in any longer than 8 hours!. Get the right type of tampon for your flow, try regular!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can also buy the applicator one;s that way they do the dirty work for you!

Just line it up, push the card or plastic in it'self and pop the applicator back out!. Job done!
