I have had this very strange feeling just a little below my bell button!. Like it feels like a painful heartbeat it is SO weird could it be cramps!?

well when i got my period, i felt like knives where jabbing my in my stomach!. i didnt notice because i didnt think it was anyting!.i was at my cousins house where there where all BOYS and i had a red spot on the back of my pants the whole morning until i finally noticed!. lol the point is that this stomach ache is probably warning you that your period is coming soon!. i would wear pantyliners just incase!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it could be premenstural cramps!.!. If it is extreemly painful or you feel that you want to faint!. See your doctor as this could be a sign of Endometrosis or fibroids!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
