How to lose 20 pounds!?!


Question: How to lose 20 pounds!!?
okay!. i am 13 years old!. but i am overweight!. i have a belly that sticks out of shirts!. its so embarrassing!. i am 5 foot 7!. and i weigh 142ish pounds!. i need to know a way to lose weight!. without my parents finding out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you're overweight, plus you're tall and still growing! Your BMI is 22!.2 which is in the normal range!. However, I know how you feel!. I hope some of my tips will help you out!. I'm sure you look pretty the way you are though (:

My suggestions would be to:
- lower your amount of calories (if it's above your age limit) or count your calories (i became a little obsessive about this so make sure you don't freak out like I did!)
- avoid too much SSS (sugar, starches, salts)
- snack on healthier foods (celery, broccoli, fruits, small portion of lean meat like chicken breast)
- exercise is key, try just walking/running/swimming at least 20 minutes a day!. walk your dog if you have one!.
- avoid drinking soda, juices; WATER IS ALWAYS BEST!.
- try not to eat after 7:30, it gives your body time to digest!.
- keep a positive attitude, I know it's tough, but you will love the results!.
