You can go swimming confidently as long as you use a tampon!. Check it regularly to make sure it is not leaking!. You cannot swim with a pad as it will just fill with water like a nappy , and the blood will leach into the water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes you can go swimming while you have your period!. but you can't just go swimming with nothing catching the blood!. and you can't just wear a pad cuz it won't stop the blood from going into the water!.

no the cold water kind of freezes the blood!. freezes is not the right word but i have swam for three years on the my high schools swim team and not once have i leaked u will be okWww@Answer-Health@Com
