sometimes when i get my period my lower back hurts like hell and i was wondering whats best to take for this horrible pain plz help thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

i had that problem the first time i had my period, it was horrible!. i havent had it since then and ive had my period for more than 3 years!. but basicaly thers not much you can do, i found lieing in certain positions helps, just experiment a bit!. also take advil or motrin or any other painkiller really!. hot baths also work, and you may want to add some like nice smelling stuff to it to help you relax!. i had someone massage me, but i didnt think that helped!. basicaly the bath helps and lieing down!. also i found that drinking ice cold water helped!. but it has to be so cold that you can like feel the cold going down!. idk why but it helped!. and if u take the bath take it as hot as you can handle!. maybe try drinking ice water while in a hot bath!?

try taking anti-inflammatory drugs but don't take on an empty stomach!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.also try a hot water bottle over the area or on your tum if that also hurts !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.how old are you as it may be an idea to talk to your doctor as you may have fibroids or endomitrosis it is worth talking to a doctor and having an internal Www@Answer-Health@Com
People always told me to use Tylenol or Advil, but i honestly wouldn't recommend it because it never worked for me!. But a really amazing medication to use would most likely be IV-Profen!. Its a pill and it relieves a lot of pain and i use it for mine!. It works fast, it does its job and doesnt slack off like other ones!.

To me you have it easy, I take midol because i don't drink, but if your older than me then Tylenol can help a bit to or ease the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
