This is very embarrassing!. I noticed the other day that the sweat in my undergarments smelled very much like urine!. However, I didn't feel any urine coming out!. Could this just be strong sweat or could I possibly have a leakage!?
I am post menopausal by 10 years so I know its not peri-menopause!. The sweat is in the upper pubic area!.

It could be either!. And no need to be embarrassed!.
A lot of women have leakage after menopause, but it would be best to talk to your doctor to find out if in fact it is urine!.
In the meantime, use a Poise pad or Depends pad to prevent possible leakage and any smell associated it with it!.
