Painful Back Problems??? please help?!
Question: Painful Back Problems!?!?!? please help!?
Whenever I lean back too far, like to stretch or something, my back really hurts!.!.!.epecially if i lean back over a chair or something!.!.!.I dont know when it goes to far, but when i try to come back up, my back just seizes up and its really painful!.!.!.and then how i get out of it is I have to go a little at a time, like go a little, and freeze, this way hurts a lot, but its the only way that I can get back up to straight up position!.
This happens even when I twist around
and people say, oh well just dont go far enough to make your back hurt, but it doesnt take a lot at all, just a little arch of my back and this happens!.!.!.Its really limiting my movements, and I dont know what to do
Ive been to the chiropractor a bunch of times, like twice a week, and he works on my back, and itll feel better for about a day, and then it just gets bad again!.!.!.
Im only 13, isnt that little young to get back problems this bad!?!?!?

If it's your lower back, it sounds like sciatica!. (I've got the same problems!.) Ask the chiropractor to show you stretches you can do for your lower back!. Here's a good one -
