Question: Girls with there Period! HELP!!?
I'm 13 and i got my period in February (i was 12 at the time)!. My period had been very irregular at first but then last month i had my period and i counted on my calendar how many days apart it was since last months period and this months period and it was regular!. Before when i got my period it would last 2-3 days but this time, i've had it since sunday and its now (the next)saturday!. Whats happening!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you're becoming a woman! It's normal to have an irregular period for a while after you start it!. Mine was regular and then irregular for years! And the average period is 4-5 days but can last anywhere from 1-8 days!. Everyone is different!. It can also become irregular because of stress, physical activity, change in diet, or other reasons!. But really at your age, it's gonna be irregular for a while!. And 12 is the normal age to start your period!. Just make sure to bring some extra pads or tampons or whatever you use with you in your bag for school just in case!. What you're going throught is normal!. Don't worry too much!. This is normal, don't worry about it and don't count days yet!. your body is still settling down!. For the first year or so it can be all over the place!.

your period will be irregular for the first couple of years, sometimes it can last 2 days others it can last a week!.
its nothing to worry about, after a year or so your period will settle out and become regular

It's getting regular, that's all!. There's no need to freak out!. My periods usually do last a week!. Having it for only 2-3 days!? Now, that's a little weird!. Lucky though!. That's usually how much time it takes me to lose my cramps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Usually 28 days between and usually lasts 3 -7 days, but everyone is different and over the next 2 years your body will regulate and you will know whats normal for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
This is totally normal!. For like almost the first year, your period will be weird like that!. IF after a year, it's still like that, then you should be kinda worried!.!.!.but right now it's fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
