Question: Will taking a vitamin called estoblend help regulate periods!?

okay first of all my periods are irregular and have been for quiet some time!.!.!.a friend from work was telling bout a vitamin called estroblend!.!.!.its a off brand from walmart!.!.!.she sugested i take that for about a month and see what that does!.!. so basically i was woundering some other peoples oppionions before i do this so if you could please give me so advice!. Estroblend is a good vitamin to consume to help you with your periods!. As a doctor, I recommend you to take it, however there may be some side effects such as headache etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
