Question: Does Ibuprophen make your periods lighter and shorter!?
I have heavy periods and I want to make them shorter!.
I only get 3 or 4 periods a year and they are really painful and heavy
im not on birth control
and also, will drinking a lot of water help making it shorter and/or lighter!?

Ibuprofen contains aspirin which is a blood thinner, so if anything it will make you bleed more!. drinking lots of water will make you pee more and will flush out your kidneys, keeping them healthier!.
There is nothing you can do to make your period go away faster!. Go and see the doctor and see if they can get you on a contraceptive pill to regulate your periods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
