Totally Normal Girl!.

Beginning approximately 7-10 days (15 days, some girls) you will notice some temporary changes in your body!.

Your breasts will swell (up to one cup size) and may be very firm, tender and sore!. Maybe wear a stretchy 'sport' style bra for comfort!.

You will gain approx 5lbs the couple weeks before your period!. This will go away during the first week of menstruation!.

Your feet and hands may swell!. again, it's just water and will go during that first week!.

You may be irritable or weepy- don't worry you are still rational and smart!.

Yes, its perfectly normal!. A lot of women get breast swelling and soreness before their period, and its more common that you think!. Its just your body's way of telling you your period is coming!. Don't stress out too much, maybe find a bra that isnt underwire and wear that to alleviate the pressure on your chest!. Your soreness will most likey go within a few days of getting your period!.

Cutting out a lot of fatty foods and caffiene, as well as drinking lots of water will help reduce the soreness!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is perfectly normal for your breasts to swell a bit and become tender prior to your period!. This is the result of the hormonal changes taking place!.

Relax, your bras should fit again soon!. And if it is very tender for you to go without a bra during the night, many girls / women wear an older or slightly larger bra to bed to keep them a bit 'protected'!.

Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it actually happens to me!. My chest gets a lot bigger and they are pretty sensitive to the touch!. It has to do with hormones and stuff like that, but it is usually a good sign that you are getting your period!. I think that a lot of girls actually experience this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that that is normal because a lot of times before my period my breasts sort of swell up a bit, and my bras are too tight, and then a few days into my period they 'unswell', i guess lol, and go back to normal!. But if you find out thats not normal, let me know!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
