Mood swings during periods?!
Question: Mood swings during periods!?
I know girls have mood swings before thier periods, but is there anyone who has them *during* their periods too!? I seem to have mood swings before my periods, and during them as well - it gets really stressful :S Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm pretty sure it's normal to get them during your periods too!. me and most of my friends are really moody when we're on it!. and my boyfriend says i do act a lot different when i'm on my period, he says i just always seem in like a weird kinda funk!. if you're really worried about your mood swings and you don't like them!. i know that yaz is a birth control pill that is supposed to help with moodiness from menstrual cycles along with many other things, i!.e!. cramps, heaviness, irregular periods, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
when i was a teenager, i used to get the worst mood swings during my period!. now that i am in my early twenties, i get them the week before my period starts!. i'm usually more tired now than i am moody while on my period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
