My sister just came home from soccor practice and has a really bad leg cramp what will help it or make it go away!? She is in real pain!!!

i been playing soccer for 12 years well what she can do
is lay down take some advil a put some ice on it its not that serious
the pain well most likley go away and maybe come back

Straighten her leg!. Put her foot in your hand, holding her ankle by the base and using your other hand!. Straighten her foot and push the ball of her foot and her toes back towards her!. this will straighten her muscles down the back of her leg and push the cramp out!. We use this when we get cramp diving, it works in the ocean and on land!. hurts!.!.!.but works to reduce cramp!. Good luck hope she feels better soon! Www@Answer-Health@Com

first thing to do is ice it!. it's quite possible that she's got more than a mere cramp!. i would suggest massage, but as it is too difficult to determine whether it is actually a cramp or if it is a pulled muscle or tendons, etc!. where are your parents!? get your parents or a relative involved!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Probably dehydration!. Drink alot of water and eat a banana or two if you have them!. If not find a sports drink, Gatorade or Sportaid or whatever they have in your country!. Massage the cramp and alternately apply hot and cold packs!. And keep drinking water and/or sports drinks!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok if it hasn't gone away in the next couple of minutes take her to the doctor there could be damage done to her leg, in the mean time try stretching it out, or wiggling your toes, heats packs, good luck

I used to get tons of leg cramps when i was pregnant, and walking was the only thing to relieve it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink some vinegar!. Even though the cramp does not go away imediately the vinegar helps a lot!. Also eat something with salt in it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have her sit and stretch her leg out, pulling her foot back for extra stretch!. It should go away then! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Rub it or use a hot water bottle on the area!. It should go away within a couple minutes but will likely still be sore!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
