It is impossible to get pregnant from oral sex!. To get pregnant, a single sperm must must penetrate the cell wall of an egg!. That can only happen in your fallopian tubes or uterus!. Since there is no path that semen can follow to get from your stomach to either of those locations, you cannot get pregnant!.
