There's a lot of growth hormones in regular milk from cows because they are given to those cows and it gets into the milk!. Those hormones cause girls who consume the milk to start puberty sooner!. If you drink organic milk then that won't have those in it, so that's what you should drink!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if i drink milk I get bad skin! I think milk is good but Cows are given hormones to make them produce an abnormal amount of milk so some of this is carried over into the end product (milk)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
