Tell her not to worry!. And you don't worry either!. If she starts her second period in the morning before school, tell her to wear a pad and take a few to school to be prepared!. Also buy heavy flow pads as you dont want her to leak!. If she starts at school, just tell her not to worry and put a pad on!. But if its only her second one, im sure she won't leak, or it won't be very heavy!. Also she almost definatly will be irregular!. So don't worry :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could teach her about tampons and how to use them!. They'll help absorb the flow so that their aren't as many embarrassing "leaks" on her pants (especially if she's athletic)!.

Have her carry a purse and put tampons and pads in it!. If the school allows, let her carry some Ibuprofen for cramps, or have her carry a cell phone to reach you so that you can help her thru those first few times!. Teach her to recognize signs that signal menstruation, like light spotting and to be clean to avoid UTI's (wiping front to back, and washing well in the shower)!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

JUst Buy He Lots Of Pads or tampons!

Tell Her if she gets into trouble with her period at school tell her to call you or go and see the school nurse!.

Or you could take her to the doctor and get her on the pill, therefore you could plan when she has her period and then you dont need to worry!.

but she will be fine! dont worry about it!
