Answers:
Your vagina- the only hole that will work! Make sure to RELAX, because you can't put anything in a tense vagina without a lot of pain!. Take a deep breath and put one leg up on the toilet!. Push the tampon in, keeping hold of the applicator (the cardboard or plastic thing that surrounds the tampon)!. Push it up and toward your back until you can't feel it as much!. You can push it up farther with your fingers!. If you can feel it then it's not in enough!. Throw away the applicator!. You can usually tell when it needs to be changed!. It will leak if you leave it in too long!. OB tampons hardly ever leak- I recommend them!. Good luck- this is harder than people think at first!. I didn't know that you had to throw away the applicator at first, until a friend explained and showed me how!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is this the first time of inserting a tampon!? If it is and you are still a virgin, you may have an intact hymenal ring!. You should just see a gynecologist to take a look on the inside to try to help you out!. If you're hymenal ring is not the issue, you could consider trying a skinny/thin tampon!.!.!.!. it might just be too big for you and you should insert it when you're having a period o/w it is too dry and difficult to insert!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay!. first, relax! okay sit on the toilet with your feet together and knees apart!. the hole is the 2nd one!. you can't really see it sitting there bending over!. you sorta have to feel for it!. once you feel it, push it in there!. make sure to put it in there pretty far, cause if its not in that far, it hurts reall bad!. once your fingers hit your body, push the applicator in and remove it!. it shouldn't hurt, but it may be uncomfortable once it's in since its only your first time!. hope i helped (:!Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay this might sound a little !.!.!. awkward to explain but i will try;
fyi up until a bit ago i couldn't either so dont even worry!. basically all id id to finally get it in was sit on the toilet like you're about to pee !.!.!. but spread your legs farther apart!.!. then the hole you want is the one just under the top part of your vagina !.!. just be relaxed and slowly put it in!.!. if you cant !.!. tilt it a little higher !.!. or lower !.!. it just depends on the shape of your hole!.!.!. make sure you put it in enough other wise it'll feel weird after!. put it in as far as the little part where it gets smaller (should show on the instructions)!. hope this helped !.!. its super hard to explain !.!. you kind of just have to keep trying!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to be relaxed, you might have to take a crap, that helps put it in easier if your not loaded!.
It is ther biggest hole, inbatween your butthole and wear you pee!. Hold it still, and push up the bottom part, and then pull the whole thing out then it should be there with a string hanging down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
