As an ER nurse the symptoms you are describing sound like and allergy or seasonal allergies!. Have you been around any new animals!? You can live through the cold like symptoms you should never wait when it comes to shortness of breath!. If there is something your allergic to there's a possibility the more your around it the worse the symptoms can get!. Anaphalaxis is a deadly allergic reaction where your throat closes up and you can't breath at all!. In that case 911 IMMEDIATELY!. Let your parents or who cares for you know about your symptoms!. Can I answer!? You have the flu!. You'll just have to wait it out, though it really feels like you're dying at the moment, in acute pain, frustration!.
You could get medication, Tylenol 3, but no doctor would make you an addict or give to any person/patient under 12!.
The state protects you, as a child!. Pharmacies won't sell over-the-counters to you either, if they are reputable!.
Gravol is allowed, and some Tylenol, but NO ASPIRIN, you could contact Reye's syndrome, that's why I wrote!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some type of sinus infection maybe!? Ask your parent if you could try a sinus med!. The drainage of sinus could cause stomach upset and headache!.
