Depression post miscarriage- anorexia?!

Question: Depression post miscarriage- anorexia!?
I am 25 year old female and I was diagnosed with major depression and anxiety in Dec 2006!. This became worse when I had anorexia 2006 to dec ish 2007!. (I am 160cm weight at lowest was 40!.3kg, now at 56kg)

I have recently had a miscarriage (2 weeks ago)!. My boyfriend(30) is wonderful and very supportive!.

I was seeing psychiatrist but it is So expensive ($260 for a hour) I do get some back from medicare but not much at the moment!. I can't afford to go back to see him!.

I stopped taking my anti depressants 3 months ago and I just feel like ****, esp about my weight!. I want to lose 6kg, but I know it won't stop there once I remember how easy it is!.
I have started taking laxatives again (was taking up to 20 per day at my worst) and reduced my oral intake and increased my exercise!.

What can I do to help me feel better!? Cant afford to go back to psychiatrist!? Crying all the time for no reasonWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
does your boyfriend know you are starting to take laxatives again!? does he know how much you're stuggling!?
look, therapists arent all 260$ an hour!. you need help, and you know that!. i always say that advice is something you ask for when you know the answer but you wish you didnt!.
tell your boyfriend, ask him to help you find a cheaper therapist!. i realize how much money it takes from you but trust me when i say this!.!.!. spending money is worth saving your life!.
if not go see your doctor, im sure he has suggestions!.
if you really honestly dont have the money for a doctor or a therapist, it is possible for you to heal yourself!. obviously it isnt a walk in the park and takes time but, from experience, ive figured out that eating disorders comes from the feeling that you dont have control over your life!. so you control your eating habits!. but if your mind can make you do this, your mind can most definitely make you stop!. you have to sit down with yourself and really dig deep: figure out what is making you do this to yourself!.
some people write, draw, rely on their faith!.!.!.whatever you need to do, do it!. find something that makes you happy!. but youre not alone, remember that!.
take care of yourself, please!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk to your doctor about it, I would suggest support groups for you anxiety and I do understand where your coming from on the anxiety part as my mother suffered with severe anxiety when I was quite young and now I helped her get back on track
I'm very sorry to hear about your miscarriage, as that's a tough thing for anyone to go through
All the best
