Question: Please Help I'm really confused on this and I feel like crying!. Should I be worried!?
So I had a gynecologist appointment the other day (it was a complete run around)!. Anyway, as he was looking at my records he noticed that I have been off of birth control for a year and a half!. My husband and I haven't been actively trying for kids (not that we wouldn't be happy if I did get pregnant) we just want to see what happens, we don't use condoms very often but we do sometimes!.
So now the doctor is worried about my fertility and I'm really scared!. He wants to have my husband do a seaman analysis and he wants to put me on Clomid!. Is this something I should be worried about!? Or, because we haven't always timed it right, should I not stress myself over it!?
Because we aren't trying we pretty much have sex when we want to sometimes I'm ovulating and sometimes I'm not, so should I worry about infertility yet!?
Btw, my mom never had any trouble having kids!. She never had a miscarriage and she never had to try for months to get pregnant!. I don't know if that makes a difference!. Should I worry about this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You shouldn't worry about it!. Specially if you haven't been trying!. Doing tests would not be a terrible idea, might as well so when you do want to that's already out of the way!. But I wouldn't start going on prescription just yet, there is no reason to pump unneeded chemicals in your body if you don't have a problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I personally wouldn't worry about it!. There is only about a 24 hour period when a woman is most fertile!. Are you getting your period every month!? If you are, you are more then likely ovulating just fine and do not require clomid!. I am not a medical doctor but I personally would look into this a little bit more!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you do not want children yet, don't worry!. Clomid is not without side effects!. You may want to get a semen analysis for your husband since it's the least invasive and easiest test to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I understand your stress but calm down dear!.
The regular periods are very assuring!.almost all regular periods are associated with ovulation so I would not say that you have a problem with ovulation which is the most important thing!.The other causes are minor as long as you are ovulating :)
Up to 92% conceive within 2 years!.
You could be under stress or pregnant,however there is a high percentage of ladies that get pregnant during running investigations!.
Even if there were any problems with your husbands semen there are many ways to bypass the natural way using assisted conception!. I do not think you should go on clomid before running blood tests as it might result in multiple pregnancies!.If there are missed ovulation then you can start Clomid!.Also I suggest that you do an ultrasound scan on the ovaries although I really think that they are fine!.
