Cramps during Period.?!
Question: Cramps during Period!.!?
I get the worst cramps on my first day of my period!. I mean really bad that I started crying in school and had to go home!. I try aspirin and sometimes it works but other times it doesn't!. Any tips! I try hot baths or just laying down!. nothing works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had the same problem for years!. I always had to leave school!. I fell asleep in the tub once cause it felt nice but the second I got out I was in pain!. I normally just fall asleep with a heating pad on high!.
I take some medicine but eh!. Make sure you eat that does help a little, even though some days I would hurl it back up!.
The one thing that helped the most since it was very heavy was I finally got put on birth control!. It helped but I still get cramps just nothing as bad to were I have to end my whole day for my stupid period!. So if your under 18 speak with your mom!. Say its not because you are sexually active it is to help you deal with your period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know running helps but who really wants to run while theyre on their period!?
Aspirin doesnt do anything for me either but try midol since is made for cramps!. and also try using a heating pad while laying down in a sort of scrunched up position!. it helps for meWww@Answer-Health@Com

I know how you feel, i just started today!
Try taking aspirin before you leave for school, then when you are at school try rocking back and forth just a little!. i find that it helps[: You can also try take some water to school, just a tiny bottle, to sip on!. Good Luck! :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

its different for everyone but for me i like to curl up in a ball and watch tv!. when they get really bad i have to put heat on my low stomach and they will go away really fast!!!! good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
I used to take anaprox and it took the edge off!. but i don't remember the dosage amount!. it may have been 500-600 mg!. good luck to youWww@Answer-Health@Com
feminax or feminax altra is brilliant helps the pain right away im exactly the same my periods pains are awful and nothing used to help me until i tried feminax!. hope i helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try Advil or Midol!.
I just take two advil and they're gone in about 30 minutes to an hour!.
