Natural sunlight for vagina?!

Question: Natural sunlight for vagina!?
I risk getting some flack for asking, but the other day, because of the hot weather, I was at home by myself and I just stripped off my clothes and plopped on the couch to cool off having turned on my a/c!. I have this great bay window that allows a lot of sunlight in and well, I had an idea!.!.I "let the the sunshine in" having realized that was probably the very first time the sun shined down there, I found it comforting and then I felt weird because it was new to me and I never heard of anyone basking their 'vagina' in the sun!. So I am wondering, as I cant find any information on this, The sun in the proper doses is good for our skin, is it normal to let sunlight shine down there once in a while for health purposes!? Please mature responses only as this is a serious question and I would think this same question could apply to both genders as well!. Are there any health benefits to allowing reasonable doses natural sunlight to shine on that part of our bodies on a regular basis!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't know if it's good or bad for the parts down there!. But if you did it in front of a bay window, the neighbors might have liked it!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

You exposed your snatch to the sun unintentionally and spontaneously!. Continue doing so in this fashion, and that should be ok!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, there's no health benefit to letting the sun shine on your genitals!. The only health benefit to sunlight exposure is that it helps your body produce vitamin D!. It doesn't matter what part of your skin the sun shines on for that reason!. You'd get the same benefit from just the sun on your arms or legs!.

Most people get far MORE sun exposure than is healthy, and any dermatologist would say that your main source of vitamin D should be your diet and not sunlight!.

So no, there is no health benefit to letting the sun shine on your genitals, and it's a pretty bad idea because that area (being normally shielded from the sun) is going to be the part of your body that's most vulnerable to sunburn!. I shudder to think what having a sunburned vulva would be like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
