AM I STARTING MY PERIOD?!

its either brown discharge, which would mean you are about to start your period, or its your period!. Just keep watching it!.!. if it turns a little bit red, its your period! if not, its just discharge, and you'll probably get your period soon!. but, just relax! you sound stressed out, don't be! its no biggie, it happens to every woman!. be thankful it happened in the summer, not at school! :) and talk to your mom, she knows all about it, and can help you a lot more than anybody on yahoo answers! :) good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have had periods for over thirty years and always get a day or two of brown discharge just before the actual blood comes!. Sounds like you are having your period!. When you first start, you may have only a few days of brown stuff then blood!. It takes a wee while for your cycle to become established!.
