Shave with the grain!. Since I started shaving with the grain i don't get any bumps and zero itching when hair groes back!.
The catch is that you can't get as close of a shave as shaving against the grain, so you have to shave more often!. But it's worth it!.
Also, I use Aveeno shaving cream, which has a variety of anti-bump formulas to choose from!.

also NEVER dry shave!.
always use somthng with aloe vera in it!.
i got the same problem the first couple of weeks i started shaving!.
it will go away eventually

Use a razor that is sharp and the more blades the better!. bumps can be ingrown hairs!. itching can become less with shaving experience!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
