Yes ~ in our house we have 3 women who have to worse cravings!. I have cravings for wavey potatoes chips & deans french onion dip & anything chocolate!. My daughters are like little pyscos looking for chocloate!. They don't care what it is as long as it's chocolate!. Once my daughter tried (before I stopped her) eating the stray chocolate chips from the bakers cupboard ~ the ones that fell out of the opened bag!. Ewww!.!.!. I had her send her dad to the store for a few king size candy bars ~ yummy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh, yeah, totally normal!. Hormones from your period will do that!. Do yourself a huge favor, limit, but do have some of what you crave!. And keep yourself fit by giving into those veggie cravings!.
