Please, no offense, but what tummy!? That would be an ideal stomach for most of us!. No! You do not need to loose weight!. If you are that worried about it, just tone it up!. Get that 6 pack going & tighten the muscles!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
it looks fine to me but if you really wanna tone it then put on your favorite song and do curl downs to every 4 counts of the song do that three times then every 2 counts of the beat do that three times then continue to every one count then do about 100 sit-ups and when your done stretch by rolling on to your stomach and pushing yupper body body up off the ground but push your pelvis to the ground and your arms should be at your shoulders (like ready to do a push up) and relax your sholders and arch your back!.!.!. hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

It looks great! If you're really self-conscious try doing 200 sit-ups a night!. You'll be flatter within a month!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
