Oh hun, you probably have cramps!. The cramping is located in your abdomen!. Also, there is the possibility that you may be ovulating!. This occurs when your fallopian tubes are releasing eggs!. It can be painful at times!. You may want to talk to your mom or Doctor, but I would recomend taking an advil or midol :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
I take Advil!. There are some other drugs made especially for menstrual cramps but I have never taken those since Advil helps me!. Also, try not to do strenuous physical activity during your period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's typical when having your period!. Try taking Tylenol or Advil!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Midol is always my cure !, alot of things can help your pains!.!. such as warm baths drinking water any kind of pain reliver should help too! good luck sweetie!Www@Answer-Health@Com
