so i was just wondering how old you were when you first got your period!.
i am 15 in 2 days and i got mine when i was 12 but i didnt tell my mom for 6 months!. my bff just told me she got it for the first time and she is 15 i thought that was crazy but my mom said you tend to get it sooner if there are other woman in the house and i had my mom, aunt 3 girl cousins and 4 older sister(thats only old girls haha) but i was just curious!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, all girls get it at different times in their life!. I got mine when I was in grade 6 :S!. And i was the first girl in my class which was kinda freaky!. Mine is really bad, i get severe cramps and a bit of pms:P lol I grew up with 2 sisters plus my mom, but i dont know if other women in the house makes a diff!. Twelve is an average age to start your periods!. The main predictor of when you will start is the age at which your mum, sisters and aunties started their periods!. It would be interesting to ask your friend how old her mum, sisters and aunties were when they started their periods!.
Whether or not you get cramps is individual, but if you do get cramps Ibuprofin or Midol will help!. Also a hot water bottle on the tummy is soothing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i got mine when i was 12!. everyone gets it at different times!.!.!.i dont think it true though that you get it sooner with more girls in the house!.!.well at least ive never heard that!. and, no i dont get cramps!. my mom and friends do but ive only has them onceWww@Answer-Health@Com

no you dont get it sooner because there are more women in the house, i got mine about the same age and the only other girl was my mom!. and yes sometimes i get really bad cramps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I think I got mine around 11 or 12!.!.!.on my mom's birthday!. LOL!. She couldn't stop crying!. Ugh, I hate it!.!.!.its so disgusting and an overall pain!. I get horrible cramps as well, but I guess it comes with the territory!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
