i have got really tender breasts that have been tender for ages and it has got to the point that i can't lean over my bed or anything to get something cuz it hurts!. does anyone know wat i can do to make it hurt less!? oh and i am 11 years old!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are several reasons why your breasts are tender!. You are only 11 years old so your breasts are growing!. That is one reason!. either your boobs or growing, your about to start your period, or both!. I would try wearing a sports bra!.!.!.it will keep them from moving so much and causing you discomfort!. other than that idk Www@Answer-Health@Com
