Ensure drinks & weight gain?!
Question: Ensure drinks & weight gain!?
Just wondering if I could gain weight from drinking ensure!. I want to put on a few pounds to stop the in office jokes about the weight i lost!. I don't really care what they say but I'm tired of being put on blast by these idiots!. Most of them are fat and miserable anyway!. I have Premature Ovarian Failure & had a severe sinus infection and in the mist of that I lost 35 pounds!. I love that I'm a size 8 when I was a 12 but my hips are gone and I would like a few pounds put on to get more hips!. Will drinking Ensure when I don't have a appetite help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ensure is a great way to get the nutrients of a meal!. I would recommend having it as your drink when your also hungry with your meals!. The extra calories will help!. It doesn't always have to be a meal replacement!. You can have it with your dinner to get the extra calories!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It helped me gain weight!. I was tired of people making skinny jokes!. One of my friends recommended ensure plus, it has 350 calories!. I would drink 2 a day!. I gained 20 lbs in about year!. The only bad thing is they are expensive, about $8 for a 6-pack, which last 3 days!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Jeez, people sure are picky these days!. I've never heard of being picked on for being skinny!.
Ensure is mainly a supplement for people who do not eat well!. I don't think that would really cause you to gain back the 35 lbs you've lost!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
