How to get rid of post-pregnancy pouch?!


Question: How to get rid of post-pregnancy pouch!?
I read up here a little while ago and that crunching an hour a day would help flatten my stomach!. I am starting to see results, but its only when i suck my tummy in that i see my abs!. Is there any way i can do something that also effects the OUTSIDE of my tummy!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can do leg lifts, not only will this help the lower part of your abs, this will tone thighs and calves!. Also, I would suggest looking up foods that are natural belly blasters!. I also work out on the ab lounge!. That thing is awesome!. You need to do different exercises that work diff parts of your stomach!. Crunches alone will not workWww@Answer-Health@Com
