Question: Easy at home exercise!?
I want an at home exercise that I can do right on my bedroom floor!. I want to lose belly fat and strengthen my arms!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lay on your back and put your hands behind your head!.
Raise your head and one knee at the same time where you can touch your right elbow to your left knee and then your left elbow to your right knee!. That helps work your stomach muscles!. For your arms you can go buy some hand weights to use!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

crunches for your tummy :)!. try 6 minute abs!.!. basically you do a different type of ab workout for one minute without stopping and switch workouts every minute- and no breaks in between! you can choose which ab workouts you want!. if you don't know any yourself search google or youtube!. also lunges are great for your, um, posterior!. for arms - pushups!. simple but hard at first! if you need to ease into them, do half pushups - put your knees on the ground, and try pushing yourself up from there!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
