Breakthrough bleeding while on BCP... exercise?!
Question: Breakthrough bleeding while on BCP!.!.!. exercise!?
I got breakthrough bleeding today after walking ALLL day long yesterday at a theme park and then walking for an hour again today!. Would the exercising trigger the breakthrough bleeding!? If not that, then would Tylenol Sinus Pills cause it because I've been taking them also!. I read the drugs on the back, but couldn't find anything that would affect the pill!.!.!. but then again I don't know!. What do you guys think!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, this breakthrough bleeding could be as a result of the walking!. I had something like this happen 2 years ago when I was doing some housework (and this was housework I normally did)!. For some reason though, my body decided that the amount of work I did that day was too much for it to handle so it let me know by the breakthrough bleeding that it was stressed out!.
I had this go on for 2 weeks but when I started to eat more foods rich in iron it went away!. I did tell my doctor about it too!. She was a bit concerned because it lasted so long!.
I would say if the bleeding doesn't clear up by Mon to let your doctor know what's going on so that they can evaluate the situation further!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
